Call every few days, never leaves a message

calling in regards to a pay day loan advance in defualt, they had all my personal information and then hung up

Yep, I just got the text message, too. And my service still charges me for text. This was unsolicited and cost me money. Is this legal? If it cost me money then they should have to pay since I ONLY use this phone for family and volunteer work and they would not have given my number. So how did these marketing scum get my info? And how do we go about making them pay for/reimburse the cost of their unwelcome text? I am on disability so for those of you who want to jump on my case for "whining" about cost... believe me... especially in this economy... EVERY penny counts. I tried calling it back via Google-voice but it just came back after a few rings with a prerecorded message stating that this number has a mailbox but that it had not been set up yet. Real professional. Can you say SCAM?

I have a charge coming off of my credit card for 47.50 monthly to this number.

they hung up as soon as I answered I've recieved roughly 10 calls from them in roughly two weeks

offer optus prepaid package and asked for personal details such as name, phone number,date of birth.

I have received numerous phone calls from this number and sounds like a fax machine,........unpleasant

they keep calling my phone and won't leave me alone

We're getting calls on cell phone every 10 - 20 minutes on Saturday night. Totally disrespectful, and no messages left.

I am sick of this number calling me! They call over and over - even on weekends and when I answer there is no one there. How do I stop them from calling me ?????

They keep harrassing me all day all night. I ask them to stop calling told them they were harrasing me then they call back let it ring once or twice and hang up.

called and asking for account information so they could place a "a security code" on my account. Claiming to be my banker.
